We are in the midst of a Great Turning (Joanna Macy). Organizational and individual structures that rely on continuous growth and extract limited resources for momentary gain are necessarily, dying. Planetary health, equity and justice, and nothing less than the survival of our human species depends on it.

With great courage and love, and a remembrance of our interdependence with the Earth and everything alive, we are beginning to recenter the wellness of our village, community, and planet over the trappings of our individual comfort and consumption. 

Finding a trail back to purposeful work and a good life, deeply connected, entangled, and woven in a living culture, will be the hardest work we may ever do. But, do it we must! For our children and elders, for our ancestors and our future. Leaders (You!) are being invited to surrender your grasp on unfulfilling addictions and disengaged hope, build your capacity to ethically and effectively navigate volatility and uncertainty, and courageously reach toward a presently unimaginable future. Let’s get to work, together.
